This product is just fantastic! The screws were a bit short, so I had to grab some longer ones, but my cat is totally into it!

Hey there, the cat waterer I got didn't come with a plug. We had to hunt down an extra part (an electric plug) to make it work. Plus, it doesn't stay lit like the last one we had, and it’s missing the sponge in the pump now. Not sure if these changes are upgrades or not; I just turned it on the other day. If they are indeed improvements, then we’ll be okay with it. The previous one we ordered from you only lasted about a year...

I purchased the raised glass cat bowl on two different occasions. Each time, my order showed up fast and the item was just what I anticipated. The quality is impressive, and the cost is fair for what you receive. I haven't spotted any other elevated cat bowls that look as good, so I'm really pleased with my buy. I can't speak for their other products, but I believe they are likely as described.

I got my hands on a couple of those two-part elevated glass bowls for my Bengals, and they had everything I was after. They showed up beautifully packed and in one piece! I used them without any issues for a few days. Then, just yesterday, when I went to clean one of the bowls, I saw that the shallow bottom part wasn’t sitting right in the bowl. I couldn’t get it out. Plus, I found some moisture stuck in the bottom area of the bowl. I tried soaking it in hot water and even squirted some Dawn dish soap into the gap between the bowl and the bottom tray. In the end, I tapped the bottom of the tray on the counter, and, of course, the bowl cracked. Up until that point, I hadn’t noticed any wobbliness in the pieces, but something was creating a vacuum or blocking me from pulling those two glass parts apart for cleaning. Now, I’m left with just one usable bowl and two hungry cats.

The package arrived in around a week or so. The issue with the kitty litter spilling out of the box has come to an end. We’re all pretty happy about that. The big size is nice as well. I also sent one to a family member who recently got two cats.

On December 10, I got my order of three products. I opened one and discovered it was missing screws and not built well. The other two boxes are still sealed, and I've made several attempts to get in touch with them regarding a return. No success so far. They’re tough to get a hold of.

I got a faulty item and reached out to customer support. It took ages to get a response; they promised a replacement, but after waiting even longer, they still haven't sent it and haven't answered my questions.

Absolutely adore this dish! It's really lovely and well-made. I purchased it for my little dog, but he tends to chow down aggressively, so with the round base and shallow design, he’d create quite the mess. I’ll just use it for his water instead :)

I'm really into this elevated glass bowl combo for my cat. It's sturdy, and now my kitty isn't scattering food all over the place. Super easy to clean and looks great too. Thanks a bunch!

Awesome durability! I appreciate the poles that give it strength. I used to have the felt ones, and my kittens would scamper up the side, causing it to fall over all the time.

The variety is amazing and browsing the site is a breeze. Honestly, my shopping journey was enjoyable, quick, and I totally discovered exactly what I needed.

I still haven’t received my item, and there’s been no word on when it might arrive. I’m in the dark about the delivery timeline, yet I was prompted via email to rate my purchase. To make matters worse, I got charged twice for the same item and had to dispute one of those charges. If I get my order soon and it meets my expectations, I’ll happily change my review to a positive one, but right now, my first impression is pretty disappointing.

I gotta say, these bowls are absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to clean 'em up and let my kittens enjoy them. They're really durable and I dig the 2 in 1 idea. My place is kinda cramped, and these really help in keeping things organized.
